About Us

Diamonds Baseball Club began as two women’s teams competing under the Baseball Association Townsville (BAT). What started as a small, passionate group quickly grew into something bigger, driven by a shared commitment to inclusivity, community, and a love of baseball.

From 2026, Diamonds has proudly grown into its own incorporated club, marking an exciting new chapter in our journey. This growth allows the club to expand opportunities for players and families while continuing to build a strong, supportive club culture.

The 2026 season is a major milestone for Diamonds Baseball Club, as it is the first year the club will field Junior teams as well as an A Grade team. This expansion reflects our focus on developing baseball at all levels and creating clear pathways for players to progress within the club.

Our junior program is designed to introduce children to baseball in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment, with an emphasis on skill development, confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game. As a community-focused and family-friendly club, Diamonds encourages parents and carers to be involved and connected throughout the season.
